There are often great ideas which offer solutions to problems or opportunities to be realised that never gain funding or are developed and never used. This session aims to share some tools and techniques for you to be able to effectively ‘sell’ those ideas to ease development internally and help ensure the completed idea reaches its potential. By the end of the course participants will:
- Understand how to set objectives for key conversations
- Gain strategies to effectively engage others
- Learn how to apply a sales model to beneficial effect

This session will cover some hints and tips to support you to influence others. Whether you are pitching for funding internally, wanting to gain traction for your ideas or selling your eventual solutions externally then we have the tips and techniques to help you deliver your goals. The course will include
- Knowing your audience and your solution
- Persuasive communication and decision triggers
- Sales tools and techniques
