39th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE:

The Future of Innovation: Minds or Machines?

Exploring AI, Creativity and the Power of Co-Creation

Weds 11th and Thurs 12th November 2026, London

2026 is a milestone year for ideasUK as, for the first time, we are delighted to be partnering with an academic institution to deliver the ideasUK 39th Annual Conference. The Centre for Creativity in Professional Practice at Bayes Business School in collaboration with the Institute for Creativity and AI at City St George’s, University of London, will both host and co-create our event to ensure we deliver two days of exceptional content, complemented by the vibrant networking opportunities that are a hallmark of an ideasUK conference.

Throughout the two days, we aim to explore how the exponential rise of AI is reshaping innovation, creativity and the power of co-creation. Join us for a dynamic mix of academic insight, practical application and networking opportunities as we examine the intersection of human creativity, intelligent tools and the future of innovative practice. Sessions will explore topics such as co-creating with AI, transforming innovation processes, building future-ready skills, and addressing the ethical and organisational implications of AI-driven creativity.

As always the 2026 conference will share our ethos as an organisation:

ENLIGHTEN by encouraging you to think beyond boundaries

ENHANCE your innovation programme through consultancy, training and bespoke support

EMPOWER you through developing expertise to drive a culture of innovation

ENGAGE across sectors to share good practice

Getting people together to exchange views has always been a primary aim of ideasUK.

It was great meeting so many of our member organisations at last years 38th International Conference and for a flavour of what is in store this year, you can view a selection of conference photos from 2025 below.
