Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDRP) that comes into force on 25th May 2018, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you and at ideasUK we take the privacy of our members’ data seriously.
For each member organisation, we hold individual names of the lead contacts, their email address and in some cases phone numbers, which have been provided directly from the organisation, either via an ideasUK website contact form or direct email. Only the ideasUK Operations Director, Chairman, Finance Director and Communications lead will be able to access these details.
How data will be used

We use IP addresses to analyse the ideasUK website trends, track users’ movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use to ensure we provide a useful and effective service. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Amending or viewing your data

Removing your data
If you would like to stop receiving emails from ideasUK please contact us by email:firstname.lastname@example.org and we will immediately remove you from our database.
