INNOVATION PRACTITIONER CERTIFICATION
AUDIENCE:
This is aimed at anyone who will be actively involved in innovation as covers the full process from ideation through to implementation of ideas.
Aim: For participants to feel confident and inspired to explore & try new ideas and ways of working using a well-defined process. By the end of the programme the participants will:
- Understand what innovation is and why innovation is important to the organisation
- Understand how to get started
- Have methodologies to deliver brainstorming sessions
- Be able to develop a business case to support ideas through to deployment
- Feel enthusiastic and eager to implement their newly developed skills
CONTENT:
The content is aligned to the international innovation standards ISO 56002, using the 5 steps highlighted in the top-line process map as the 5 topics covered. Tools and processes will be shared during each session alongside the opportunity to apply knowledge and develop their practical skills during each session.

DURATION:
5 x 1.5 hours delivered virtually or 2 day face to face training for up to 10 participants
COST:
£4500.00 for all 5 sessions for up to 10 participants (includes customisation) and £3500.00 for subsequent sets of sessions (plus VAT; travel & expenses if face to face)
