CHAMPION TRAINING

AUDIENCE:

To deliver innovation at scale across any organisation you need individuals who will ‘champion’ the innovation programme, providing reach into every area of your organisation. This training is aimed at those individuals who alongside their day job will take on an additional task to be the local champions, encouraging and supporting participation of others.

AIM:

By the end of the sessions, participants will be able to:

• Understand their role as an innovation champion for the innovation programme and appreciate how vital they are to the success of the programme

• Understand why innovation is important to the organisation

• Gain strategies to effectively engage others

• Have methodologies to deliver brainstorming sessions

• Be able to develop a business case to support others to expand their ideas

• Feel competent and enthused to engage others around the innovation programme

DURATION:

3 x 1.5 hours delivered virtually or one day face to face training for up to 10 participants

COST:

£2800.00 for all 3 sessions for up to 10 participants (includes customisation) and £1800.00 for subsequent sets of sessions (plus VAT; travel & expenses if face to face)
