AIM:

This is very much an introductory session that can be used to engage all employees in your innovation programme and encourage them to get involved. By the end of the session participants will be able to:

• Understand what innovation is and why innovation is important to the organisation
• Understand what constitutes an idea and where to find inspiration
• Feel engaged with the programme and be willing to contribute their ideas
• Know practically how to submit their ideas

CONTENT:

We will work with you to align the content of this session to the vision of innovation within your organisation and the processes involved in submitting ideas

• Anyone can ideate – focus on beneficial behaviours
• How and where to get started
• Submitting your ideas

DURATION:

1.5 hours delivered virtually or option of face to face

COST:
