AUDIENCE:
This training is aimed at those individuals within your organisation who have the critical role of evaluating ideas that are submitted
AIM:
By the end of the session, participants will
- Understand their role as an evaluator within the innovation programme and appreciate how vital they are to the success of the programme
- Understand the how to effectively and consistently evaluate ideas
- Feel competent and enthused to deliver evaluations without personal bias
CONTENT:
We will work with you to align the content of this package with your current evaluation criteria and process and cover the following areas within this training
- Benefits of an innovation programme
- Behaviours, skills & responsibilities
- How to evaluate the idea
- Communicating the outcome
- Putting theory into practice
DURATION:
2 hours delivered either face to face or virtually
COST:
£2200.00 for up to 10 participants (includes customisation) and £1200.00 for subsequent sessions (plus VAT; travel & expenses if face to face)
