This event is co-hosted with the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network (WMAHSN), titled: Challenge Based Innovation.

To ensure ideas are relevant to the business so more likely to be
implemented, we often run business focussed challenges; but how you
identify the area of focus and ‘word’ the challenge can have a big impact on
both the quality and quantity of ideas you receive. During this session we
will have the opportunity to discuss:

• defining the challenge/opportunity
• engaging people in the definition
• making idea identification relevant
• gaining ‘buy in’
• effectively communicating the challenge
• skills required
