Innovation teams and leads plus those who will be developing and leading campaigns in their areas of the business

AIM:

This session is designed to look at how to create successful campaigns. By the end of the course participants will have designed a campaign, including being able to:

  • Understand how to identify potential opportunities
  • Create a campaign statement
  • Learn tactics to effectively engage your sponsor and the wider population
  • Appreciate the logistics involved in delivering your campaign

  • Benefits of campaign driven innovation
  • Persuasive communication – how to write a campaign statement
  • Tools and techniques for delivery

1 day delivered face to face

COST:

£2800.00 for up to 10 participants delivered face to face, plus £1200.00 for subsequent sessions. (plus VAT; travel & expenses)
