From his classical training worldwide in restaurants, luxury hotels and even cruise liners he’s now turned to innovation and development. John travels the world on his ‘food safaris’ seeking inspiration and exploring new food trends – sometimes in their conception. John heads up a team of development chefs all over Europe, he is well respected for his unstoppable dedication and passion for going that extra mile in the kitchen. Using the latest innovative equipment in his experimental kitchen he develops cooking methods and techniques for both commercial and domestic kitchens from Michelin starred restaurants to global household food brands.


Steve Hill will share his experiences and thoughts around how thinking differently can support positive mind-sets and innovation. Steve is a Commercial Director at Auticon UK, a unique, multi-national consultancy and social enterprise, which exclusively employs autistic adults as IT consultants. Steve has started and sold several businesses as well as having had senior roles in large tech companies including IBM, Samsung and the technology division of McLaren. Steve’s experience in the technology innovation sector has developed his passion for using tech to drive change in non-academic complimentary curriculums and neuro-diverse education by publishing a series of audio books for children.
