Training & Consultancy

With over 20 year’s experience in successful suggestion schemes, ideasUK staff provides the most professional unbiased, non-commercial advice available.

Training & Consultancy GraphicThe association provides members with Training and Consultancy at greatly reduced rates. A significant benefit of joining ideasUK.

Why do suggestion schemes fail? Often due to lack of effective planning, measurement and reporting processes.

Businesses would not think of commencing a new business project without effective planning, yet it is surprising how many think that they can set up a suggestion scheme without seeking any advice or guidance and even without having any specific plans in place. Even more surprising is that they then expect the project to be successful.

In order for a suggestion scheme to be successful, and they can be a most effective business improvement tool, there must be robust plans in place setting out objectives, targets and identifying how the programme will assist with the delivery of objectives within the overall strategic business plan. Outcomes must be measured and all activity incorporated within management reports.

All stakeholders need to understand the aims, objectives and expected outcomes and the level of commitment required of them. Such a structured approach will lead to success.

ideasUK can assist with the development of this structured approach

Our Training and Consultancy programmes are designed to provide organisations with the best possible support based on business needs. Understanding that at any given time programmes will be at different stages we discuss, analyse and report on possible training/consultancy that will be of greatest benefit to the business in achieving its objectives.

ideasUK takes pride in the professionalism of the services provided and as a national association of employers, not a Consultancy based business, Members benefit from continuing help, advice and assistance long after the event itself. This ongoing support is part of membership services.
