Scheme Development – For new and potential practitioners

 

These workshops are at entry level for people who are just starting off in scheme managements. In these sessions we would like to give a brief overview and some ‘tools’ to take back to the workplace to assist with scheme development.

Communication Skills (inc listening skills & body language)

Each session should run for around 50 minutes with 10 minutes at the end for questions and should be as interactive as possible. The use of all kinds or media is allowed and encouraged where possible.
