Established Scheme – For those familiar with scheme management

 

These workshops are aimed and the more established scheme manager who already has a wide range of skills and therefore need to be a bit more detailed and relevant to an existing manager. However, as with Scheme Development, we would like to give the attendee some new relevant skills they can apply in the workplace.

Communication Skills (inc listening skills & body language)

 

Each session should run for around 50 minutes with 10 minutes at the end for questions and should be as interactive as possible. The use of all kinds or media is allowed and encouraged where possible.
