ideasUK is committed to developing a wider understanding that within employees there is a vast untapped resource of creative ideas, the harnessing of which will have a major impact on business performance.
ideasUK provides professional support, advice and guidance to organisations wishing to utilise formal programmes to capture suggestions and creative ideas from within thereby promoting creativity and innovation.
ideasUK is the only professional, not for profit, association in the UK dedicated to the development of efficient and effective staff suggestion schemes.
Founded in 1987, ideasUK is managed by an Executive Board elected from member organisations and is truly an association run by the members for the members.
A small central team with extensive knowledge of suggestion schemes/ideas programme management provides day to day support, advice and assistance to members that include SME's through to organisations employing in excess of 100,000 people within all business sectors, private and public.
